We have recently been alerted by a few of our clients that they are being threatened with legal action by an array of law firms that are trolling the Internet for WCAG 2.0 Compliance failures. Unless they agree to pay out a monetary settlement and rectify these ADA Compliance issues, legal action can be taken against their business. If your business employs 15 or more individuals and offers goods or services to the public through website accommodations, you must comply with the general accessibility mandate of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
